Ham and DH's potato salad in honor of my mom.  She always had a ham in the fridge and no holiday was complete without her regular or wonderful hot German potato salad.

 

And don't ask for her recipe, because she was a "little of this and some of that" type of cook.  LOL

A toasted turkey bologna sandwich with swiss cheese and Hellmanns and potato salad. For dessert triple chocolate cake drizzled with cherry pie filling and whipped cream.
