@Winifred

I always enjoy hearing about pooky1's  menus.  Some really good food at their house!

I sure hope they are just having a computer issue and that they are happy and healthy.  Hope we hear from him soon.

Re: What’s Cooking This October 2020?

I stumbled upon a recipe for a Keto Chicken Pot Pie and it sounded so good that I'm making it tonight.  Rather than an full pie, I think I'm going to divide the filling and topping into ramekins for portion control.  Excited to try this.  I'm also making a Keto Pumpkin Pie with Streusel Topping for dessert.

It has really cooled off here.  It is snowing right now.

We will be having Baked Potato soup tonight.

Pooky1 we are still looking for you. You are missed. Please check in and say hello. I need a big bowl of soup right now - I think it is cold or chilly almost everywhere today. And of course we have winds and fires as a go along. Not good.

ANyway Pooky1, we do miss you.

Homemade pizza for supper, and rice pudding for dessert.

I admit they don't sound like a great combo, but both were very tasty!
