Salmon and Escargot.
I know most everyone LOVES salmon, I just can't. I can't get past the smell.
Escargot, that was like eating a garlic infused black rubber ball.

For me, although taste is a big deal, it's also about texture. And how closely the item resembles it's live state in nature. If I can easily visualize what the creature does is real life, it's a no go.
I also hated quinoa, but only because it tastes like dirt. 😂

Lamb
I was at a friend's parent's home, many moons ago and they served it. I somehow forced a little but not much. It was gamey. I've heard, many times since, that lamb when it's fresh and "right" shouldn't be gamey...but...it's still just not for me.
Also someone here mentioned raw oysters, reminded me...I never eat any raw fish...but on my 32nd birthday, out with a girlfriend, we had a few martinis and were in RI by the water...seemed fun to try then! I never ate them again, though...never felt l'm missing out. Those martinis let my guard (and taste buds, apparently) down!

Ocra. I don't care for green vegetables as it is but my father's aunt was visiting. She made dinner and ocra was served. I was around 10 and she insisted that I eat the ocra. It had some type of sauce and it was slimy and disgusting. I also can't eat steamed mussels. I had fun collecting them on the beach when we were kids but I would never eat them.

Frogs legs
Tofu
Blue Cheese
Mango
Coconut
Cottage Cheese
Looking at previous posts, there's a lot of food I've never had and won't even try once.
