@Sooner - only if I am using them to make a sauce(?) from them that my husband will be eating.  If it's just me, I rinse them and eat them out of the container!

I don't think there is a fruit I don't like, and can't pick a favorite.  I will list some of my top ones though.

Bananas

Watermelon (with salt)

Apples (peeled, sliced and dipped in sugar free chocolate syrup) YUM

Black grapes

Pink/Red grapefruit

Blackberries

Peaches (ripened just right)

Berries or melons.

Strawberries in June (picking them and eating them right out of the patch! Come on!)

Blueberries in July (I usually freeze 30 lbs. of them in quart bags for the winter)

Cantelopes in August (That melt in your mouth sweet bliss!)

And for baking, of course Apples.

Depends upon the season...but first prize goes to good juicy peaches or nectarines.  Second, concord grapes and third cantaloupe.
