My most favorite grill thing to do is grilled fruit---like pineapple, peaches are devine, plums/apricots too. I brush them with a little olive oil then grill cut side down for just a few minutes, then plate them and drizzle honey over top. Then you can serve ice cream or whipped cream on a sponge cake with them too, or just as good along side chicken or pork.
