tuna I give some to the cats once a week and occasionally make tuna /noodle cassarole especially when I need comfort and occasionally I like it when i cannot decide what to eat--with mayo and dill pickle relish
cream of mushroom soup - no matter what 'health kick' I am on and vow to eliminate it due to not being the healthiest item --I always indulge and use recipes where it is an ingredient .
canned diced tomatoes (no salt)
evaporated milk in case I am out of 1/2 & 1/2 for coffee
extra coffee so I will not run out-- it can get ugly in my world without it
peanut butter
pastas
canned chicken

It's funny because most of us seem to have peanut butter, tuna and I am surprised at the number of list that include Cheerios!
Especially because I just had mine! It's either Cheerios, or yogurt and fruit, Belvita with peanut butter, or whole wheat toast and a boiled egg for me in the mornings.
