I think you hit the nail on the head ! She also appears somewhat frantic with her hands being thrown all over the place and the non-stop chatter. I always wonder why image consultants to tell her to tie her hands behind her back and calm the "f" down.

It is funny you say that. I saw a show on QVC where Rachael had to clasp her hands together tight so she would not talk and interupt. She even stated why she had to do that.
