Walnuts have great antioxidants!

Walnuts have more antioxidants, and better-quality antioxidants, than any other nut! Nuts are good for your heart. They can lower cholesterol, reduce the oxidative stress caused by free radicals, and decrease unhealthy inflammation.

One ounce of walnuts has more antioxidants than the sum of what the average person gets from fruits and vegetables! Evidence is now emerging that nuts can also help brain health. Brazil nuts are the runner-up for antioxidant content.

I LOVE walnuts and eat them every single day. They are my favorite kind of nuts. I also love almonds, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios, etc. Smile {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
