I accidentally bought a bag of this. I've read on here that you can use half regular flour and half whole wheat flour and still have the same results. So I used 3/4 cup each of regular flour and whole wheat flour for the Quaker Oats oatmeal cookies I have been making for years. The dough was really dry. Do I have to compensate for the whole wheat flour with another egg or something? This recipe uses two eggs.
