Vitamix

Just got my Explorian vitamix a week ago im still experimenting with it. So far ive made my keto coffee (BPC)  ice cream, tomato soup  mashed cauliflower and tomato soup and salad dressing.  I swear its the best thing I ever bought,!! Smiley Happy. 

Iv tried making mashed cauliflower in a reg blender (or like they say a wanna be blender) a ninja, a emersion blender and a potato masher. NOTHING makes mashed cauliflower like  vitamix!! Absolutly love it!!

@deee   I just love Vitamix.  Once you have one you wonder why you didn't treat yourself to one much sooner.

@deee  One of the things I discovered and use all the time, is when you need bread crumbs, just take some fresh bread and squeeze it into a ball and throw it in.  In a few seconds, you'll have bread crumbs.

Owning a Vitamix has kept me from burning out blenders every few years.  And I wasn't that rough on  them.
