Vitamix Cookbook Recipe review thread!

Hey Vitamix fans! I received "The Vitamix Cookbook" as a Christmas present this year and I have been so happy with the recipes I've tried so far - but there are SOOOO MANY recipes! I know many of you here have a Vitamix so I was wondering if you might want to help me review the recipes you've tried from this cookbook. It's a newer cookbook written by Jodi Berg. Please don't post the recipes here, just state the name of the reciipe, the page number, how you and your family liked it, any tweeks or substitutions. I think it'd be fun to see what everyone else is trying and I am looking for more ways to use my Vitamix. I odn't have my cookbook with me at the moment as I'm at work but I'll make a post later on as I've tried several already.

Such a good idea! I have a new Vitamix that I love. I wonder if the cookbook you are talking about is available at the library? I will check it out. Please post the recipes that you have tried and liked.
