Bought my veggetti at Bed and Bath today, and all I can say is WOW!!

It worked like a charm. I sauté an onion and 2 garlic cloves in olive oil. I added a peeled a fresh diced tomato then the zucchini and simmered til done . I added Italian seasoning and dried hot pepper flakes with grated parm cheese.

It was so fantastic that I ate the whole dish. I did not miss the pasta at all.

I've been using a spiralizer to make zucchini ""pasta"" for years. It's awesome!

Sounds good & thanks for the info on the veggetti. I've just been using spaghetti squash.

LOVE SPAGHETTI SQUASH!! You know God has a sense of humor when he made that vegetable....it really DOES look like pasta. Giggle.

That sounds yummy! I was going to get a Spirooli, but maybe I'll try this out.

I like spaghetti squash also, but I think the zucchini is much better. It looks more like pasta when you cook it and when you roll it up on your fork. Zucchini has less flavor than the spaghetti squash and can you can enjoy the flavor of the sauce more.
