Vegetable Beef Soup

What do you put in your Vegetable Beef Soup?

We're snowed in for a few days and I'm going to make a huge pot of Vegetable Beef Soup tomorrow. Just wondering what all of you put in your soup. I'm going with:

tomaotes, potatoes, onion, carrots, corn, lima beans, green beans, okra, barley, and some elbow noodles. I'm going to use stew beef for the meat. My mom uses ground beef in her soup which is very good also.
