Re: Unusual LeCreuset patterns

I HATE when good companies do this!  It usually is the start of their downfall.  Think: Coach handbags; Vera Bradley pieces; I.D. makeup; Bobbi Brown; Dooney and many others.

They start to make a jillion colors and sell mass market like QVC, then they make more and more StUFF in China and Asian countries and people go nuts and they flood the market with what are basically cheap knockoffs of their products.

See a pattern here????  And so it begins. . . Coach leather was one of the first to do this.

Re: Unusual LeCreuset patterns

I have to say I like some of their new patterns and colors.  Kitchens are becoming more family centric and I think folks are willing to invest money in these items which showcases these larger kitchens (kind of like decorating a living room or den?) .  As long as their quality stays the same I am good with the new iterations being offered and I wish I had the financial firepower to purchase the one with the writing on the side . . . . They remind me of the old Descoware patterns used prior to Le Creuset buying them.

Don't care for any of these.  They make the brand look cheap IMO.
