I bought a can of turkey stock once that was terrible. I wish my grocery store had the Kitchen Basics turkey stock because I love the no salt added beef and chicken ones.

I've made my own turkey stock by using wings and legs in a pressure cooker. It only takes about 35 minutes depending on how many pieces you use.

However more times than not, I have used chicken stock when making dressing and even gravy. Then when the turkey comes out I may add some of the broth/drippings to both especially the gravy.

I always use the stuff that comes in the bag - neck etc and boil it in a pot of salted water to make my broth.
