I only buy Italian tuna in oil and I either get it from Costco or order it from Zingerman's.  There is a big difference between that and Starkist or Bumble Bee.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

Yes you can buy American Tuna.  You can get it from the company, from Amazon, or from Whole Foods!  It is very good at least what we've had so far.

It is more expensive than the common brands, but to me it is worth it.  I don't buy Asian seafood.  I stock up on it when it is on sale. My husband thought I was nuts until he tasted it and realized how much I saved.

When you stop and think about it, how much is a fast food meal?  This is far better!

I love tuna but can't stand opening the can or package. Once it is mixed with mayo or mixed in a salad or hot dish, I think it is great. My son loves tuna noodle casserole. We laugh about the time he took some back to his college apartment with him and heated it in the microwave. His roommates couldn't stand the smell and told him to never bring it there again!
