Trader Joe's Umami Seasoning

Has anyone used TJ Mushroom and Company Umami Seasoning? It looks interesting.

I'm going to use it tonight in a white bean soup. I'll let you know it it adds anything....

I put it in a creamy white bean soup, and it was amazing, so tonight, I put a teaspoon in my spaghetti sauce, and it took it over the top. I'm 50 years old, and I cook everyday, and this seriously made this the best spaghetti sauce that I've ever made. It was just so rich and meaty. I love it, and will be purchasing a LOT of this spice!!! I really recommend that you try it.

The ingredients are kosher salt, dried onions, ground mustard seed, porcini mushroom powder, white button mushroom powder, crushed red pepper, black pepper and dried thyme.
