Yep, I lived there over 30 years and that's it. Ever try to gracefully eat a taco at a business meeting? though I'd die without it but they finally started delivering Blue Bell to NM. I don't care what they use to make it.

My absolute favorite is pecan pralines 'n cream. I can't have it in the house without having company to share it with. Otherwise, it's just dangerous!

Except for not understanding the pyramid. The base is what you're supposed to eat more of. Barbecue should be at the bottom and the deserts should be at the top because no matter how fat Texas may get, I see way more people eat meat than pie.

Need to aim for DAILY consumption of the entire pyramid. Isn't that what they say to do for the other food pyramid?

Yesterday hit the Blue Bell and the pecan pie. Need to add some of the others for dinner tonight!! Love this post and this state!!
