I think I will skip dinner and go to Kippy's house for mid-afternoon dessert, followed by a late foray into LadyPA's house for a late night snack. I was going to ask Lady if she could have some nice cold milk ready for me, but milk and cheesecake don't go together... you know what? Before I leave, what could be better than New York cheesecake with a nice cup of coffee for breakfast??? Poodlepet

I s just deciding that today. I am making triple layer brownies, apple slab pie, lite no bake cheesecake with blueberry or raspberry topping, and I am going to try the pumpkin roll. Someone is bringing a pumpkin dump cake.

I've been thinking about 7 layer cookie bars for a Christmas bake sale. Are they hard to cut with coconut? How big do you cut them? Do they get very thick?
