Temptations cookie sheet - PROBLEM

I decided to put a piece of frozen pizza in the oven on my temptations cookie sheet. I heard a popping noise and opened the oven door. Inside the cookie sheet was smashed in 2 with my pizza all over. I called QVC and they were wonderful since I purchased this in February. Be very careful using these. I love my temptations and am very disappointed. They are sending me a new set as I decided against a refund.
