Good evening everyone. I was wondering if anyone who has bought Temptations has ever had them change color?I've had them for a while now & they just started changing colors? I was in complete awe? I've never had it happen before. Is there something wrong w/them? I have never seen Tara say anything about them changing(or anyone else for that matter) They do turn back after they cool down but I have never seen anything like it! Has anyone else ever had this happen?

How hot are they getting in your oven, I wonder? is it all of them or just one piece? Perhaps moisture or something has gotten " behind" the glaze and making it absorb heat unnaturally...

I think it's normal, mine do this every time I use them and also all my Rachel Ray pieces, yes they go back to what they were once they cool down. Other than some crazing mine are fine and I use them daily.

Please don't give Tara any ideas!

Oh thank goodness!!! I was really worried. I didn't do anything different & it was 2 different pieces.(red mixing bowl & picket fence) And the heat was only at 350. What a relief!! I thought I screwed them up or something was wrong. Thanks

This just does not sound good to me .... I have never heard of this before .... it seems the paint is getting to a temperature in the oven that is causing it to do this .... I would further check into this before you use this in the oven again and possible be leaching chemicals into the food you are cooking .... just check it out and be sure that it is not harmful.

I agree with @January121. This doesn't sound good. I don't use Temptations but have never had this happen with any of my bakeware.

I don't think there is anything normal about this plus you have crazing ... I would not assume that it is OK .....please take the time to check this out ... if it was me I would NOT be baking any food in them until you are sure it's OK ( which I highly doubt). Better safe than sorry.
