Many items Q sells does. A lot of kitchen items I order comes with a warranty card; Lock & Lock, pots and pans, those dang spurtles, Ninja, Vitamix.....
I would still call C/S to find out what the warranty is on the line. Worth a try anyways!

I have an older piece---a Cardinal baker that I've had for a long long time and that item is fine no cracks or crazing. I think Temp-tations quality has declined with her current pieces.....

To me, it seems to be the Eggplant pieces that are cracking and breaking on me.

How do I return a temp-tations.com product within the 30-day return period?If you’re not completely satisfied with your temp-tations.com product, simply call our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt at 1-800-442-8677 to process your return and refund. We ask that you return your items in their original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as it was upon receipt. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number, which must be written legibly on the outside of the shipping box.
To guarantee your refund, we suggest shipping your return via UPS or Certified Mail with a receipt of mail. It probably costs more to ship that junk back than it cost to purchase it.
Furthermore, their 'free' replacement thing is ridiculous, since 'free' means you pay $10 per piece for a replacement.
So, you end up paying way too much to ship it back AND another $10 per piece to get a replacement. Tht's just highway robbery, especially for poorly made junk that is not worth anywhere near that much money.

I was hoping it had some better/longer warranty! 30 days isn't really long enough IMHO for an item like that!
I only have one piece of OLD Temptations that I have never baked in.
It is NOT the 2 patterns they show all the time now. It is quite unique and different.
Honestly, no offense to anyone...but you would NEVER know this beautiful piece was Temptations!
I have used it as a serving piece only...I think I should continue to do so and not take any chances!!
Thanks again, now I know should I ever be 'tempted' to purchase the line in the future.

Well, now I have an interesting update and maybe I jumped the gun, but our microwave just went. We were trying to defrost some frozen ground turkey and when I went to check it, the microwave was smoking on the inside! It was an zoster, but not from QVC. I'm wondering if the microwave was the actual cause of the plates snapping and breaking.

That is one place I have never had any problems with my temptations, in the microwave. I heat things up all the time on plates, little bowls with ceramic lids etc. and have never encountered a cracking in my microwave, and mine is a 1200 watt full power oven. I have had small cracks appear in relatively few pieces that I had in my oven but never anything catastrophic which made an awful mess in my oven or anything. I like my temptations for the most part, especially dinnerware type stuff, but no longer buy bakers and stuff for the oven. I have since moved on to vintage CorningWare and Le Creuset for my stovetop and oven needs.
