Technique Hard Anodized Grill Pan & Glass Press Question

I am excited about getting this pan today on clearance for $33.28 and free shippping!

Item (K35281) I almost bought it last week when it was $48.50 plus $9.47 for shipping and thought that was too much.

For those who own this, what are some of your favorite things to cook in this other than the obvious bacon, burgers, chicken, steak etc..

I've never used a press before and am hoping I am pleased with it.
