Isn't it strange............I wrote a review for the Contigo mugs and it was never printed. This might not be, either.
I purchased several sets for gifts and kept one for myself. After less than 6 months of use the whole inside of the lid fell off and was floating in my mug. The company said I could purchase a new lid for $6.oo. That was all they would do since this configuration was made just for QVC. I contacted customer service, who is usually very fair in all situations, and they said there was nothing they would do, contact the company. So, I have a useless mug that didn't keep my coffee hot anyway. Buyer beware.
