@qualitygal I like Darjeeling, but it's a black tea and not light.

I love genmai-cha, too. It's a green tea with toasted rice in it. You can really taste the rice, which gives it a nutty flavor. I buy it at a Japanese store for cheap (the ubiquitous brand is Yama-moto-yama), but you can pay a lot more and buy loose tea, if you want.

@Tigriss, I copied this thank you and will use it.  I really appreciate it.

To all the other ladies, really appreciate all the suggestions and I'll mull over the tea area today.  May get a couple to see what's what.  Thanks again.

Black tea is my favorite.  I like Harney & Sons Royal English Breakfast, and also Bewley Tea Irish Breakfast.

Just had a "duh" moment when I read the title of this thread and wondered what T E A stood for.  I guess I'm going to have a "stupid" day!

I love a strong black tea also.  I grew up on Red Rose - drank it for over 55 years -  but a few years ago I discovered Twinings Irish Breakfast tea - best ever - I'm addicted to it and won't drink anything else.

I use 1 Sweet & Low and a few tablespoons of 1% milk - delish.

I LOVE Twinings Irish Breakfast tea !!!   It is delicious !!!

I just had the Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy today.  I got Throat Coat and not Throat Comfort, but I would like that one too!  I drink mine plain with no milk or sugar.
