Stock I make, broth I buy - go figure.

This ^   I don't think I've ever actually seen stock in a store. Although it's the first ingredient in store bought broth. And I use meat in my stock.

Over all it doesn't make a whole lot of difference IMO.

@debic,
I have purchased both Rachel Ray's and Kitchen Basics chicken stock. Ray has a low-sodium version (540 mg sodium per 32 oz container) and KB has an UNsalted version. I will buy either stock or stock as long as it is low-sodium.

I just recently discovered that Pacific sells both Organic Turkey and Chicken Unsalted Bone Stocks. I am anxious to try them!

Re: Stock vs Broth...is there a difference?

I agree stock is the way to go, a bolder concentrated flavor.  Broth is watered down.

@vabreeze

I sip hot bone broth with my own herbs added. It’s very good for you.

Pacific is a good brand.
