Does anyone have any good recommendations on 'flippers' to use in non-stick cookware? I have gone through so many that I stopped counting. I don't know if they just don't stand up to the heat or what the deal is, but I really need to get some good ones that hold up.
Yesterday I bought another one from OXO brand (see pic below) at Target. I just read some reviews, but I haven't used it yet myself. I do need more and a variety of sizes. Do any of you have this one or another one that you love to use that doesn't end up peeling, curling or all together mangled at the scraping end? I'm not hard on my utensils, but I was making scrambled eggs the other morning and noticed all sorts of black shreds in them when done. Apparently another turner bit the dust. There must be some out there that are well-made...right?
Thanks!
