I cook and don't have to heat up the kitchen, it is fast, it is tasty, I don't have to heat up the kitchen, I can cook anything in it, I don't have to heat up the kitchen.......

Used mine for the 1st time tonight for a NY strip steak (used the Rib Eye steak recipe) and was favorably impressed with the nice sear. Using the 5 min./3 min. timing, was a bit on the rare side, but I ate it anyway, LOL. Will probably add another minute next time for a perfect med rare.

Since we usually do our steaks on the induction burner, I appreciate the "contained" mess with the covered Rangemate. Am looking forward to experimenting with this cool toy.

I live alone, so I'm cooking for one. I really appreciate being able to cook up so things, like roast veggies, that I previously had to heat up my big oven to cook a serving for one.

It is not usually so hot here in Minneapolis but it is every once in a while. I will use it then and also hope it makes meal making easier on other days and evenings. I need new inspiration in the kitchen. sue-p
