If we are snowed/stormed in no one can get up our country road or drive way.

We do have a generator so our freezers are ok as long as the propane holds out.

We need meds.

I keep on dancin'

@skittles2sounds like your family will be happily munching their way through the storm. You will need to get out and walk all of those goodies off when the weather improves.... in the meantime enjoy that roast chicken and lumpy mashed potato dinner. It sounds like perfect comfort food to me.

I'd put on 15 just by buying it all. LOL

Wine, and I do not have a stash.  Darn it!  Probably good for my health, though.  We did have Chinese take-out last night and I'll use that with supper - slow cooked chicken and pork with in-house ingredients.

If anything I try to eat less when I am snowed in, since I likely will be moving less.  It's a winter wonderland here today in VA.

Well, if it was ever to snow here which is extremely doubtful I would want Mac and cheese.

Mac and cheese, two kinds of ice cream and chocolate chip cookies.  i normally never eat these foods - why does snow induce a carb fest?  P.S.  this is the first snow of the year (I'm in northern VA).

I think there is a 3 hour food show later on.  I will watch it and eat with my eyes.  It usually works because I just imagine how everything tastes.

Gave up junk food for Lent, so that's out.  But, mac and cheese sounds good and easy to prepare, too.
