Do you prefer boiled shrimp cold or hot????

In this rare case, cold seems to enhance the flavor for me!  I always loved the shrimp cocktail most to hot.

Your fav?

@ECBG Shrimps and grits is high on my list!  A good Chinese stir-fry with shrimp is a dish we have often; and coconut shrimp done right in New Orleans!

I love shrimp.  I buy frozen gulf shrimp.  I drizzle them with olive oil and oven roast them in a single layer on a sheet pan at  400 degrees.  Learned this method from Ina Garten.  I think they have much more and better flavor roasted.

We eat them warm and then refrigerate the leftover and they taste great cold too!

I spent many years in the Caribbean and people can't understand why I don't like sea food. How I wish I did. I started eating shrimp last year and it's ok but I have to put some hot spices on it.

Lobster, I don't know about that. I tried.

My favorite is cold shrimp dipped in cocktail sauce but I do occasionally make shrimp cooked in butter with asparagus for dinner that is pretty tasty.

My nephew loves asparagus seasoned and done in the oven. With  shrimp he would enjoy this.

Boiled shrimp?  Cold, on a salad.
