Shark Steam Mop Problem

I have started using my mom's pro Shark Steam Mop.  I was loving it since it seems to have more power than the regular Shark Steam Mop.

 

Last week while I was using it, the mop head kept popping off.

 

Has anyone had this problem, if so, what did you do to resolve it.

I have a Sienna steam mop, so I can't help you directly. But because Shark has made several models of steam mop, it would probably help if you could give the model name, number, or post a photo of the mop. If it was sold by QVC or HSN, if you could provide a product number, that would help, too. That way people who own the same mop might be able to advise you.

@disneynut57  I had the original version years ago and it scratched both my linoleum and hard wood floors terribly. Threw it in the trash. I hope yours is better.
