I'd be interested in how you like it @SharkE .  Does it have enough power say for a big batch of CC Cookies? My grand daughter just started baking and I was thinking of it as a Christmas gift.  Thanks

Re: Got my new cordless Kitchen

That would be a great gift. I got it for 80 and free shipping. UPS ground too

none of this USPS snail business.

You'll have trouble finding it. Think it's sold out. Course, I didn't look all over creation. I like EverythingKitchens   dot com and went with them . Their price is back up to 99 I think.

Haven't used it yet we just got home Tues and I got laundry and ironing stacked on 2 tables. It was already charged when I got it. Seems to be

vigorous.   I always mash potatoes in the sink to keep from splashing all over the place and now I won't have to hold the cord away with one hand and use the mixer with the other and trying to turn the bowl all at once.

Frees one up from messing with that  dang cord.  I don't care for their stand mixers, but, think just a hand mixer will be ok.

Re: Got my new cordless Kitchen

just read in the booklet it says it will prepare 200 cookies based on 4 batches of choc chip dough .

It does a quick charge in 10 minutes it says.

Green light is 30-to 100% charged

Yellow light is 15-30% charged for a quick cake mix

Red light means charge it right now. Lower then 15% power.

Re: Got my new cordless Kitchen

@mspatmac

follow up.  Got home from Va  K and had time to use it on mashed potatoes it's ok for that, but, does not have the power of anything electrical.

I'll use it for small purposes, but, alas, it doesn't have the motor power of my other hand mixers.

I'm used to mega power in stand mixers. SMEG and Cuisinart, but, you can't compare stand mixers to hand mixers.

I got Cuisinart hand mixer and that other new one that heats your butter while it's mixing they're both electric, of  course and they go to town.

Hubbo bellowed " dummy, you can't expect anything on battery power to be the same caliber of plugged into the wall".   LOL

[ Edited ]

LOL I still like it for the handiness of not fighting the cord, so, I don't think it was a complete loss.  Just wouldn't attempt my bread making with it.

cake mixing would be OK though.

For a person who never cooks or eats it would be sufficient. Like a bachelor or single career  woman.   Most people don't cook any more any way. LOL
