Savers ... bottle tops

What is the name of the screw on tops for bottles that allows you to turn the bottle upside down to get the last drop?......I know the word saver is in the title but I can not find these handy little things to get the last drop!!!!

I have the Flip It's and they have worked great for me for over a year.  I use them even on the heavy bottles.  To be safe from tipping I keep large bottles up right until I am ready to use them.  I use on all my WEN and Philosophy bottles.  No more fighting to get the last drop.  You are do have to make sure you put the gaskets properly and when you are done push the top back down completely.  I gave some to family members.  There was only one leak problem and that was because of the user.  Now she knows and loves them too.
