Does anyone else make these?  I remember these tasty treats when I was a kid.  They were made for holiday get togethers.

Anyway, I was talking at work today about making sausage balls.  About 10 people looked up and said. "WHAT ARE SAUSAGE BALLS?"    After explaining they were still clueless.

So Friday I will be taking in sausage balls.

Does anyone else make them?

I love sausage balls and still make them occasionally!  Your coworkers are in for a treat and you will be asked to bring sausage balls for every potluck from now on!  Enjoy!

@Warrior2022    I love those things!!!  When I was working and anyone brought those in, at holiday time, I was always the first one at the table....  If I had the ingredients, I'd make some now...

Wow, I have not thought of these in a long time.  My mom made little ones and we poked them with a toothpick.  They were just wonderful sausage, no idea if she ground her own.

I make them every Christmas, always a big hit.

Take time every day to enjoy where you are without a need to fix it

@Warrior2022   My DD and I have been known to make a little over 1,000 sausage balls each year. Everyone ask for them year after year.

I've never known a sausage ball that didn't get eaten. Same for pigs in a blanket. They are always the first snacks to go at a party.

I made sausage balls one year at Christmas when I was having guests.  They were so greasy, I could hardly stand them.

Sometimes it's the cook, not the recipe.  You have to mix very well, by hand at least an hour.  I can't speak for a mixer.
