What temperature do you keep your refrigerator(s) & freezer(s)? I keep the main refrigerator at 34 degrees the drawer is at 33 degrees & the freezer at -4 degrees (the lowest each one goes). The other fridge isn't digital so I'm not sure of the exact temperature it is set between normal & max markings which also controls the freezer. The big chest freezer is set at 8 with 10 being the highest.

37 degrees for the frig and 2 degrees for the freezer. Frigidaire set it up for me when my side by side was delivered last month- they told me these were optimal settings. That was news to me !!

I thought maybe I had the Samsung fridge/freezer set too low. Sounds like maybe I do.

@mekhya I was surprised the 'optimal' freezer temperature wasn't a negative #! Frigidaire told me too low can bring on the frost.

My fridge is set at 36* and the freezer at -1*.

I have a Samsung too, door in door French one, they set it at zero and 37, temps seems to work ok.

My freezer on the refrigerator is 5°, the refrigerator is on 34°

My large upright freezer in the garage is almost 20° below. LOL!!! DH must not have got it set right when we defrosted it a few months ago. We usually have it on 0°.

Fridge is at 41, freezer at 7.

My fridge/freezer is the old kind. It has a dial on the inside of the fridge part that goes from 1 to 5, where 5 is the coldest. I have it set on 2 and I have placed two wireless temperature sensors, one in the fridge and one in the freezer which  transmit to a main thermometer reader on the wall. If either go above a certain temp then the thing sets off an alarm. Fridge is 38, freezer 0.
