I bought 2 complete sets of Cutco knives many years ago. I've never sharpened them but don't need to because they are as sharp as the day I got them. Wonderful investment.

If you want a set of Cutco, check out Ebay; there are many sets.

My son bought me a set of ginsu 4pc block set over 25 years ago and still as nice and sharp like the first day I used them!  They do have a 14pc block set on Amazon for $49, I would upgrade to that when and if I need to.....love these knives!

Have had LamsonSharp knives for over a decade.  Made in USA.  Wonderful knives.
