Ray Rastelli facebook filet mignon demo

If you are friends with Ray Rastelli on Facebook he demonstrated the proper technique to cook a filet mignon that rivals a steakhouse.  He also made a "compound butter" using butter garlic and thyme.  Kudos to Ray Rastelli my neighborhood butcher !
