Rastelli Steaks For Us A Good Buy!

I ordered the pack of 10 Rastelli Black Angus steaks - they arrived late p.m. yesterday.

They were beautifully packed, frozen, individually wrapped. Complete with packet of steak seasoning. Defrosting some for tonight and they are looking really good.

Very pleased with this whole order as generally do not order food online.

The Rastelli products I've purchased here over the last few years have always been really good.

One fav of mine is the pork ribeyes.

I was looking at another pork product they were selling a few minutes ago and that looked like something I would really like but I really didn't feel comfortable with the price so I didn't purchase.

But, their products have been great quality.

I purchased the Restelli TSV Rib eye steaks a couple, or maybe a few, weeks ago and they are very good. Not as thick as they looked in the presentations but very good.

I've bought a lot of food from Q - success rate 50% - so not going there. Tempted to buy Mr. R's meat but today picked up 3# of top sirloin steak for $18. Two huge slabs. Store as own butcher shop so all is fresh meat to show case.

One day I'll try Mr. R....am sure he has top quality products.

They look really good and I am glad they are enjoyable. They are just more than I am comfortable spending on steaks.

Bought a whole NY strip yesterday for $65 and change. The butcher cut them 3/4 inch for me. I got exactly 20 steaks. Of course I had to wrap them individually myself.

I buy a whole strip every couple of months and stock up. The price always goes up in the summertime, so, I get my supply before then.

They are nice to have on hand for when you don't feel like cooking...fast and easy.

I did order about a dozen live lobsters that are due to arrive on Friday. My BD is this weekend and I am gonna celebrate....at home cooking for myself.

My freezer is full ! Got some meatballs I had ordered and barely fit them into my small freezer - it's a side-by-side and is a pita fitting things in.

I did order his flat hot dogs 'cause I figured they'd be easy to squeeze in.

We're gonna be in "lockdown" 'til 5/18 and perhaps longer. Actually, it's now looking like it's be all of May. There's a nursing home neary and they got hit real bad; and th Walmart, not that far away, is closed 'til they get it cleaned of the virus and all employees tested. So, gonna have to start stocking up on canned/dry goods instead of frozen foods.
