Wouldn't buy anything since I couldn't hear the presentation because of the bull in the china shop! You must have been watching a different show than I'm watching. Jill and Rachel are doing just fine together. They seem to me to be old friends in how they are working together.
I find it rather suspicious the venom being displayed here, especially by folks with so few posts. Can anyone say politics?
Buck-i-Nana, I think I watched a different show with Mary Beth earlier today....I saw nothing whatever wrong with the way they were interacting - in fact, Mary Beth appeared to me to be enjoying Rachel, she did not seem at all bothered. There are so many people who defend Susan Graver's actions as just being "enthusiastic" about her product--well, Rachel is excited about her own and has every right to be. She tells people the reasons why she wants them to buy her products, because she has designed every piece herself and knows from a lifetime of experience what would make things easier and better for people in the kitchen - she knows her stuff.
And as for her voice, I find it reprehensible that people would be so derogatory about something like that. As Perkup explained, she has a throat problem, and sometimes her voice gets very hoarse -- she can't help that. I guess all the people who have criticized her for that have lovely, lilting voices that everyone would just be thrilled to listen to for an hour at a time!
I personally find her enjoyable to watch and listen to any time I see her, whether it's on Q or her own talk show. And as for her products, I would buy them any time over Temptations --of which I have 5 pieces and 4 are cracked and crazed, one of which I never even used-it happened while it was sitting in my cabinet!

I watched the whole show with Mary Beth and then the last 15 minutes with Rick. That is all I can take. With Mary Beth, she corrected everything MB said, shouted orders to off camera crew while MB was trying to tell what was in the set and constantly talked over MB.
Rick, who usually is the one I cannot stomach with his loud, fast screeching, was overdone by RR for sure! When he tried to go over the colors of the silicone lids he was still in the middle of saying them and she yells out "Oh who cares what color you order, they'll be in the fridge anyway just order them before they're gone!!" The look on Rick's face was priceless.
Normally we are posting about the hosts talking over the vendors but with RR there is no host talk at all. Every host has a job of 1) Describing what is included in the order 2) All of the color choices 3) Describing use and care and 4) Introducing a caller who wants to gush over how much he/she loves the product. Each and every time a host tries to do any of the above RR HAS to talk over them. And it's not only talk over them, it's almost yelling over them.
And finally, addressing her claim about her ceramic not developing the "black spots/patches" like other brands (she claims that adamantly every show) well my yellow bubble and brown gets those spots!! They are very difficult to remove.
