This made me chuckle!  I guess it's time for the Quality Control Team to assemble, but I have to say this..... I ate two.....

Let's just say that what they lack in looks they make up for in taste.  The recipe is easy and delicious. I will be making them again.  Practice makes perfect, you know!

Ironic Update - after spending hours making the petit fours, I found these at Ralph's today.  It could have saved me a lot of time, but I wouldn't have learned anything.
