Question about cookware replacements

Has anyone returned the technique hard anodized cookware for replacements due to the insides wearing and/or turning a light gray color?? I have one fry pan and 2 of my pots don't look good anymore. I only use plastic or wood utensils so it isn't from that. I hand wash them also, don't use the dishwasher.
