I am looking into a new set of cookware (ie; saute pans, sauce pans, etc...) and have always had teflon, but have been told by several how much they love their stainless steel pans. In my research, I have come across both stainless steel and s/s with copper bottoms. There is a big difference in price and was wondering if anyone had experience in either or both and could tell me the main differences, benefits, downsides, or just general info. Also, are they worth the price? This is the set I was looking at:
