I love the patterns but both lasagna bakers I bought have cracked. And I did send them back, even tho the 30 days had passed because they have a warantee. Just call customer service, explain the problem and they will let you return it with no postage cost on your part. That's what they did for me. I'm exchanging the pans (a second chance) because I REALLY like them.

Thank you QVC for handling this right.
