Did any of you buy the set of 3 saute Earth Pans in all of those beautiful colors? I did. I bought the brown which is beautiful. My husband and I have not used a metal utensil for years on pans, we used the little pan the most and it now has 3 dime-sized places where the inside finish is silver which means that we probably ate the big flakes that came off of them. I called CS and was told that there is no life time guarantee on them (I thought there was) but I am to send the whole set of 3 saute pans back to them and they will refund my money. I am not complaining, just really disappointed and especially my husband who used the pan more than I did. It was great for one egg and great for warming olive oil with other things to put on whole wheat pasta. It was great and that little pan was wonderful. We are both distressed about losing it. We didn't use the other two as much or they probably would have flaked too. How incredibly awful that the Q sold us these beautiful Earth Pans that actually flake. I am very upset. They were not cheap. Now I have to wonder if those flakes are in my body. It IS a possibility and I am feeling not only distressed but dupped by the Q. Why didn't they have that thing that goes across the pan hundreds of times and there are no scratches. I will tell you that in addition to the three dime-sized big pieces of brown inside covering, there are signs that more would be to come if we used it again. Girls, be very, very careful about Q cookware. I have Rocco's cookware from the Q and after these years is still fabulous. My dil uses Gorden Ramsey's cookware and has no problems. I say beware of Q brand, Cooks Esentials. I am sending back the 3 Earth Pans but I still have my Rocco's which is absolutely wonderful. Buy a brand name from the Q, not thier own brand.
