ITA with the Cuisinart CPC600. I also have this one. I like that it has a 3 year warranty. Mine quit working after a few months & they replaced it at no charge to me. They have refurbished Cuisinart PC on EBay for $60 with free shipping.
Thanks for posting about the 18/10 SS Secura pot. I'm off to check it out.
Please be aware when buying a digital pressure cooking in today's market. Find out what the high & low PSI is. They use lower PSI so they can make it cheaper. The lower the PSI the longer it will take to cook. Most recipes out there are for 15 PSI on high.
