The good thing about the PC is that it pushes, (infuses) the flavors into the wings.

This recipe for wings makes me want to get a pressure cooker. Sounds so good. I think the pressure cooker would ""infuse"" the flavor into the meat of the wing. Do you have stove top or electric pressure cooker.

shoekitty, I have both but I just got the Emeril TSV electric PC, and I really like it.
