I save jars. My DH complains till he needs one for himself! 🤣🤣 I also store things in baggies and my Tupperware. I never had a plastic taste or odor from Tupperware.

I do!

I use them to pour used cooking grease into and store in fridge. Keep adding, it gets solid and can throw out once full.

 

Always nice to have a few on hand.

Why don't people save jars any more?  Can't they be reused?  My mother cans, makes applesauce etc, and I always return the jars to her.

The ONLY ones I save are Bon Maman jelly and jam jars.

DH has the right idea.....jars are perfect for nuts, bolts, all kinds of small fasteners.   Also for buttons and sewing supplies!
