I went to Penzey's last week. I used my coupon, and got the FREE Ruth Ann's Muskego Ave. Chicken and Fish Seasoning. It's similar to a lemon pepper blend- it does contain salt. While I was there, I checked out some of the baking spices. The apple pie spice is wonderful but I tried something new- Baking Spice. It has Ceyon cinnamon, Cassia, mace and cardomom. I just go to use it this morning and it is great! I put it in my oatmeal and will put it in an apple cake later today. My husband got the moderate chili powder. He really likes it. Good stuff as always at Penzey's!
