Penzey Free Cumin Catalog

Mom got her catalog first and she picked out the Pineapple Zucchini Cake for me to make, it sure sounded good.

Cake didn't even make it for 24 hours and was trashed.

Cake is pretty wet although I baked it an extra 5 minutes. Way too much moisture, if anyone makes it I sure would cut back on the zuke and pineapple. Also, maybe it was just our tastes but it you could taste the pineapple but that was about it, maybe some cinnamon but that was it. I think it was one of those recipes that this cake could sit out for a week or two and maybe by then it would be ok to eat but it really was soggy.
