Hi, I totally do not enjoy cooking/baking, but out of guilt (kids) decided to bake cookies today. For some dumb reason, I decided to be pretend to be professional, and used parchment paper on my cookie sheets.
Well, the cookies failed miserably. Flattened out quickly, and still appear to be raw, even though they are crispy - yet totally pale & sickly looking.
What did I do wrong? Do you need to increase temp with paper??
Any input appreciated!
